About Me
I am a qualified Counselling Psychotherapist, with pre-accredited membership of the Irish Institute of Counselling & Psychotherapists (IACP). I operate my Private Practice from Dublin City Centre, providing safe and secure Face to Face and Online Psychotherapy for individuals.

Alongside my therapeutic experience I have worked for over 15 years in Professional and Personal Development, training, mentoring, and coaching groups and individuals to achieve their goals. Aside from working with clients, I regularly facilitate a range of workshops and training.
